Give Dad a smoking good time this Father’s Day weekend.
On Friday, June 16, at 6:30, Big Bricks is offering dads an opportunity to smoke with the master… the pit-master, that is.
Big Bricks pit-master, Derek Campbell will give dads a lesson on the smoking process. Dads can season and prepare their choice of a whole pork shoulder or beef brisket. Their meat will be smoked in Big Bricks custom-made Oyler Smoker with fresh hickory and oak wood. The smoked meat can be picked up on Sunday for a fun, Father’s Day feast.
Cost is $70 for a beef brisket and $40 for the pork shoulder. Each serves between 14-16 people. The smoking session includes a beverage of choice for the dad.
